SALSA SALSA SALSA

SALSA!!!!

We were at vamps house one fine day when I decided to make fresh salsa. It was a hit, so here is my basic salsa receipe, with a couple of variations.

BTW, I cook by eye when I am creating, so adjust the amount of each ingredient to your taste. Also, I have used a food processor or my handy dandy knife, whichever texture you prefer.

1/2 - 3/4 Onion (white preferred)
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilis
1 can Hunt's diced tomatoes
Large handful of fresh cilantro chopped
juice of 1 lime
1 jalapeno or habenero ( more or less )

STRAWBERRY SALSA

4 Cups diced strawberries
1/2 Onion
handful cilantro chopped
juice from one lime
jalapeno or habenero or serrano or pepper of choice

KIWI SALSA

5 large kiwi (peeled and diced)
1 large tomato diced
3 jalapeno
handful cilantro chopped
1/4 Cup white cider vinegar
1-2 Habenero

Add chips and chow down!!!
