Was it mold or bacteria?
If it was bacteria, there is not much to worry about.
If it was mold, allergic reactions are the main risk. [potentially serious, variable symptoms]
If your kidneys feel like they're going to explode, you must be thinking of going to the doctor anyway. When you go, describe the mold exposure [if it was mold] and ask if the kidney pain could have been caused by an allergic reaction.
