 Easy Garlic Spread

Here is an easy way to make a nice garlic butter spread, for your bread, or you could add it to a recipe.
Take some garlic, press it, or mence it. Take your Garlic, put it in with some regular whipped butter, (i used land o lakes). Put the butter in the microwave, or something, dont let it cook too long, or it will change the properties of the butter. Just enoug hto get it melted. Stir the melted butter with menced garlic that you heated with your butter... and let it cool down so it solidifies.
this makes a nice and easy spread for garlic bread, or like i mentioned above, you could use it for other recipes! Nice way to make good garlic bread
