 Long-term effects

I've shroomed many times, but have taken a long break. I really enjoy the state of mind shrooms put me in though, and I'd really like to shroom regularly. Maybe once every month or once every two months. Has anyone experienced any negative effects of long or "medium"-term shrooming?

Nope!
And I used to do them all the time; say 5 times/month .
But I'm a totally changed man; used to be somewhat depressive, and the shroomies made me look at the world in a very different, positive way. That's my long term-effect; I got more social, happy and creative. You don't always have to look at long-term-effects in a negative way.

I agree. Shrooms have completely changed me for the better also. The important thing about tripping in my opinion, is that even if you do them every month or sooner, you need to know when to take a break. Taking some time off from tripping helps you digest everything you've learned from previous trips.
