Hey Atom,

I never had success with that method.

I tried it a few times until i realized it wasnt going to work for me like that.

I would measure out a couple weeks worth of dope, all in the daily dosages and every couple days less of a dose, and eventually i would get down to the last couple days and not having much dope, and the reduction would exhaust me so i just needed more... the time-period in which you withdrawl is important, the longer it takes the harder it will be to maintain the willpower needed. Seems to me at least.

thanks for caring, i appreciate all of your supports. in about a week or two, i'll say whats up with this method..and if it doesnt work, then ill try cold turkey. my dr said the way im doing was the best for my body...i dunno if that true or not, but i still gonna give it a shot. thanks again everyone

Look up your local methadone treatment program for some help. You dont need to be a full blown heroin junkie to get on it. It really helps the witdrawl and the "feind" part....
