 Pressure Cooker Instructions?

Hey, I'm following the PF Tek, just got syringes and was all ready to go, when I found that the maid had thrown out the box (along with instructions) to my pressure cooker. I was wondering if anybody would know of a website that would have these instructions or if you have the same pressure cooker as I, a Mirro 8 qt, and would be willing to explain the instructions, if it isn't too complicated. Thanks.

what exactly do you need to know...there is some info in the FAQ on pressure cookers but asking a more specific question would help
