Step one: Make some toase the way you like it once done hurry up and put a good amount of miracle whip (salad dressing?) on the warm toast.
Step two: Slice some tomatoes about 1/4 in place on toast and sandwich.

sereve with a side of hot fried onion rings and a cold beer.
if you like tomatoes you'll love this sandwich.

This is a great post and recipe! I tryed/made my very first one today It was delicious I toasted a piece of honey wheat bread in the oven pulled it out tossed some light mayo on it, topped with tomato slices (heavily salted), then i added a piece of cheese, then i topped the cheese with slightly sauteed portabello slices and put 2 strips of cheese on top of the portabello's! I then put the oven on Broil placed that sucker in there till the cheese melted and then i went to town on it! It was delicous

Funny you ask! I had to *cringes* use kraft slices... But i would use mozerella if i had some! Mozerrela is what the chef's/cooks use for this tasty snack also would like to sprinkle some parmasean on top of it Anyhow it was good none the less, grab u some swiss, cheddar, mozeralla, feta, parmasean , or whatever cheese you like and hook it up.
Also forgot to add i sprinkled oregeno on my samich
