Orzo with Spinach and Tomatoes with Pan Seared Shrimp and Chicken
i saw this on the food network today when i was stoned and a little while later after a trip to the store, the above pic is the final result. i replaced the scallops with chicken in the 2nd recipe. tasted great, easy enough to make, and pretty healthy. heres the links for the 2 reciepes.

I used to work for this crazy greek lady that owned a catering company in SLC. I used to make all sorts of weird orzo dishes and salads that it might be awaile befor i can eat orzo again.
Smoking pot has made me a better chef. Keep cooking and being creative with your recipes and plate presentation.
