A lot of simple, more unevolved thinkers might make the connections you showed, good=good all around sort of thing.. but I don't claim them. hehe
My life is fucking great, but I am aware of all the bad things around me, what goes on in the government, the world, etc. And 49% of people isn't the majority, but it is dangerously close.. not that it would ever happen. A lot of people in America are, to put it simply, simple. A direct result from the system, how education works, parenting, the government.
Me, I take responsibilty for what I do and what I experience, because I am the only one who hears my thoughts, makes my thoughts. And, interestingly enough, I do want to help things change for the better, away from this unaware bullshit. I might not be doing it yet, but that message will definitely be put out there when my band is together again, and we are travelling, connecting with people. They will hear the alternative, and THEY will be the ones who bring about the change. I bring a REVELATION in thought, in perspective, and I will shift the tides of change to a better direction..
And, PDU, just living your life the way you want to is good enough. A lot of people will disagree, but it is because they aren't living there life the way that they want to, or they think that you should be living your life the way that THEY live their life... fuck 'em. Everyone follows a different drumbeat. My drum beat consists of every beat possible.... Peace.

Man, What you always say come's off with an inspirational quality to it.
and...I definately think music is a FANTASTIC way to get the message out there, simpleton's and people from all different culture's/way's/live's can absorb the message..Art (music) doesnt have a specific demographic....such as political book's, or manifesto's, or activism..or or or. Ive been wanting to put more of my thoughts on paper, and get off this damned computer...and today i did some stream of thought lyrics/poetry...and it feel's so good, and even though i only shared it with one person...it made that person ask questions, and that is awesome! Ive been really wanting to do some lyric's for a bizarre group...but all my musical friends are too defined by their musical tastes.

"I guess you are too apathetic to do your own readily-available research. How sad."
seems like others have more important things to do than sit at the shroomery with 4000 posts

I just had to share this song...it seem's to be kind of on topic, by RKL (rich kids on lsd)
In Your Mind - 2:46
One, Two, One, Two, Three, Four! Well, I'm so tired of your whining, Yes, I've said this all before, If you didn't hear the first time here's your chance you get one more. So listen close to what I say, It'll change the way you live. For the second time it's simple - Think Positive! Take a situation that someone says stinks, And make it good, it's probably just a shitty way he thinks. So pack a bowl sit back, relax, and listen real close. And afterwards we'll raise some hell, get drunk, and drop a dose. You keep on trying and one day you'll find out what it means, means. If life's what you make it, make it good, Its never as bad as it seems, seems. We're all stuck here together in this twisted misery. Is life a game a lesson or just one big mighty score, If so, who's the boss? Where's the teacher? What's the score? Why am I here, what is my job, What purpose do I serve, Is there an answer to these questions or a lesson to be learned? When I die where do I go, The final act or premiere show, Is someone there to take my hand and lead the way? Or am I on my own and now full grown, Being that my mind is blown. Supposed to use the answers that I found along the way. You thought you knew it all but still the answers you couldn't find, find Until you realize life's what you make it and it's all in your mind, mind You broke the chains which held you down so long Now your free! Well, waited so long for this day to be free, Breaking the chains that we're binding me. Don't look so hard, it's easy to find, Life's what you make it, it's all In Your Mind. You can't fight depression, its not a disease. If you say your life sucks then it will suck indeed. Be happy or sad or whatever you chose, And I know I can win I'm not destined to lose.
Never quit or give up even if you've had enough You're not a loser despite what you believe Try your hardest, do your best, Life's not hard, but it's a test to see who's blind and naive. Never done, your on the run, relax and have a little fun. Let's race and see who falls behind. It's in my mind!
