Coming down off a shroom trip my friend likes to look in mirrors a lot, it helps him think, it helps him sort of realize who he really is...but my friend is sort of going through an identity crisis which is part of the reasons he experiments with the learning tools. And they're helping. -Mr.Sleep

dr. john cunningham lilly did some face & whole (nude) body mirror-gazing as part of his mind/body calibration experiments back in the 60s with LSD... (see his fascinating NIMH monograph _programming and metaprogramming in the human biocomputer_ & the less-technically-worded _the center of the cyclone_ )
