Some people may have read it allready, what do you think is true of this?

ive read that FAQ SEVERAL times, and i believe everything in it actually. they recommend good music, trip toys, where to trip, what to avoid, and the like.

Blow bubbles. The sloooooow deeeeeeeeeeeep breaths you use can be very helpful in staving off anxiety.

Also wouldnt the bubbles be very trippy if it was sunny and they had colors flowing through them?
