Yes, I looked it up in my Mary Poppins Dictionary. I bought it used at a garage sale, and it also has a Liza Doolittle translator in the back, so it comes in handy...
PS: At the fair there was this girl who was dressed up like some sort of demented goth Mary Poppins. She had a really cool look going for her -- I was quite smitten!

Yeah, but scary in a good way!
She was part of the sweep crew. Every night, of the Fair, a group of the volunteers joins hands, wearing costumes, playing instruments, and carrying brooms, and gently sweeps out the thousands of stragglers at the Fair, so they can commence with their after hours stuff all night. They really make a fun thing out of it. Sometimes I just like watching the sweep...
