should one soak cracked corn over night to hatch the endospores if there is no pressure cooker availible??? then how long would one boil it???

i m sure about the "no pressure cooker "
but try to soak them 48 hours and boil 1.5 hour and then load them in jars and put them in cooker for 2 hours.
but i don t take any responsibility ...

do you have a microwave ?
simmer cc till the slim appears then rinse thoroughly .(vary important)
nuke it 10 min . drain well, load into jars, and steam/boil 90 min.
or you could use fractional sterilization but it's a lot more work .

This is what I do and it works everytime...
I put all the kernals (by themselves) in the PC n fill with water and PC them for an hour. Then I strain the corn and rinse them for a couple minutes. Then load them into the jars and PC for 45minutes. Let cool overnight and inoculate over night.
that's how i do it and I havn't had any problems
