I know someone who died this way and I'm wondering how much pain he felt and how long it took for him to die. He drank alcohol and took some pain medication before he did it. Imma curious

Probably one of the worst ways to die. But if he took a bunch of opiates perhaps that made it more tolerable.

I'm not sure exactly what he took but I assume oxy or some other opiates. How long did he suffer? If he suffered at all

i'm pretty sure the romans took pleasure in slitting their wrists and sitting in a bath of warm room, literally, it was an accepted way of committing suicide back then. stuffing yourself full of opiates, you probably wouldn't feel a thing, like just an unbearable urge to fall asleep?

I don't know man I just want something to make this pain stop for good. If experiencing some physical pain for a short while than I think it's worth it.

First time I ever gave blood was at a high school blood drive. I hadn't eaten that day, and I guess the Red Cross volunteers were short staffed or something because they basically forgot about me. After a while, I looked over and the bag that they were filling from me was so full that it was stretched taut like some kind of squarish blood balloon. So I call the lady over and she looks shocked but tries to pretend everything is normal as she starts taking the 5 or 6 vials of blood that they use for testing. Those vials are vacuum sealed and I could literally feel them sucking the blood out of me way too fast. That's when I started to pass out. It was the worst nausea and feeling of weakness I've ever felt in my entire life, like the life energy was literally draining out of me. And I remember thinking to myself, "This is what it must feel like to bleed to death, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy."

being fully aware of everything as you slowly die would be a crappy way to go. maybe you're mentally prepared for it but as soon as you start dying instinct will kick in and make you feel real nasty.

well if he was drunk the blood woul just flow out and booze plut opiates equals numbness. Its safe to say it would take about 1 hour if he was good and drunk, there would be no clotting and the blood would be much thinner... If he was opiate dependant, most likeley he just felt numb and a good amount of acceptence of his impending death.
