 When To harvest PE and PEU blobs?

Got a got 30 gallon SFGC with PE, PEU, and Nepal chitwan. The PE looks like PE should the chitwan is just starting to pin, but the PEU is growing into white round blobs with dark brown caps. My question is when to harvest and how can I tell? Regular PE I read you don't harvest when the veil starts to split because their growth is focused on stem growth and not spore production, but instead you are suppose to waith to the stem gets all bumpy under the cap, is this true? How can I tell when blobs of PEU are ready?

I would say once the veils break, but a lot of growers with "commercial interests" would say otherwise. Look around at some pics, or eve post pics of where you are currently. At the least, it will grab some more attention. Best of luck to you!

When the blobs start to turn blue on their own is when I would pick
