Were you sober when it happenned?
I'd suggest seeing a doctor about it. It's not like they can force you to take a drug. Explain that you would rather freak out once in a while than be dumbed down by meds.
Just talk with him about it, he'll know better than Shroomerites about your condition.
Mabye he will prescribe you some benzos to take if you ever start to have another attack. I doubt he'd put you on daily, super-strong antipsychotics if you happenned to freak out a few times.

My friend had something like that. That dude stopped smoking bud cause of this shit. He still has something like that happening to him once in a while.

I have a great aunt who thinks the same thing. Doctors are bastards.
She's smoking two packs a day and she doesn't get out of her house. Her nails are black and she has some kind of leg infection. Her tights are all swelled up and she needs to wear special really tight fishnets if she wants to be able to walk. Recently her legs started producing an off-white liquid.
We don't expect her to live longer than a few months now.
Why generalize? Most doctors I've known were friendly people who wanted to help others.
Don't complain next time someone says that "Drug users are murderers."
Seeing a doctor can't do you any harm that's for sure.
