yeah fire chains too!! damn those ones are difficult for barb too. i worked out how to beat most of the enchants.
so frozen/arcane, you just retreat when they cast them and stay out of the area of effect
with molten (for a barb) i found its best to back yourself against a wall, so they cant cover you with flame. or walk infront of them but wait for them to walk up to you before you start attacking, so you dont accidently walk into the flame. and also keep an exit strategy like leap or charge ready to escape when your trapped.
for mortar you have to either circle away from them or walk towards them when they cast the mortar shot.
jailer is ehh, cant do much about it besides charge out of the spell.
fire chains is the most dificult one to avoid. for this it ry to sit in a corner and jsut tank them, so they cant run around me and hit me with the chains

I'm running around Act II right now and I am fucking helpless against some of these combos...
Those stupid fucking lizards that burrow underground and you can't even attack until they pop up at melee and one shot you
With Invuln Minions, Mortar, Teleporter, Reflects Damage
Some combinations are just fucking impossible, even to kite. GRRRRR
White mobs that hit for 30k, in every fucking direction.
I'm going back to farming treasure goblins for gear and gold
I'm dying like every 30 seconds

yeah but luckily as a wizard you can just teleport away to the other side of the area and avoid them lol. but yeah invulnerable is one of the worst buffs of all in inferno mode. for all classes i think invuln is difficult. your right though, some mobs are literally unkillable in inferno mode

I just hate dying in literally two hits... (Act 1 inferno as DH) and its real annoying when youve almost killed a mob, but your respawn time is 8 seconds and you watch as their health shoot back up to full. I havnt spent very much money on my gear, but im also progressing through the game extremely slow when im not playing with a friend who can tank.

be happy that you can kill the monsters from a distance. a barb has to get up in their face to kill them. the most un-nerving thing about a barb is that his heal skills are all based off engaging the mobs and dealing damage, so if your low on hp, your actualyl forced to re-engage mobs of enemies to heal yourself. kind of conflicting concepts there. ' oh shit i'm dying.... i better go fight those mobs '.  kind of like a kamikazi at times, but it makes for epicness when you slay a mob of monsters with hp flickering frantically between %50-%10 hp

I know.. it's a major pain in the ass. I can't even begin to imagine clearing inferno on hardcore..
As a wizard or DH in Inferno you'll die in literally 1 hit from most any champion or even regular white mobs especially in Act II.
I pretty much need a tank to help me through some packs, and having one makes it five times easier.
I like how Blizzard said it's plenty doable to do Inferno solo, but having a group makes it more "dynamic" but isn't necessary.
I'm spending tons of money on repairs. Some champion packs will just rape me 20 times in a row unless I have a group.
Solo if I run into an unbeatable group I have to just keep resetting and hoping to get a better one

yeah its far more difficult in inferno with teamplay. me and my wizard friend can both solo majority of a2, but when we do 2 person co-op its soo much more difficult. i think they did that on purpose to give people who do 4 group parties a run for their money.
belial is a cunt of a thing on inferno mode.

No, I meant it's way easier with a group, for me. When I have a tank and another DPSer/CCer things become much more controlled and I die way, way less.

i can't wait to hit 60 and hopefully get up with you guys.
i've finally resigned to the position that i HAVE to farm if i want to survive longer then 30 seconds.
and i JUST made it to a1 hell today with a 52 barb and 48 monk friend =(
