It is my destiny to be a night stocker at a near by HEB grocery store. I had the idea pop in my head just now and before I dreamed about it so I checked the stores site and thats the only job they have available. I'm going to do every thing I can to make my self look like a good option, and I will be fallowing up like in my dream. Just thought I'd let ya'll know .
Now I could use some advise. I didn't finish school and Iv'e only worked one other job as a dishwasher (I was damn good at it). That being said if I don't try hard it makes since why I would never get hired.
So I'm on the first step of this online application. Iv'e actually filled this one out before. But I skipped this part. It lets you upload or type in a resume and it says If you do not have a resume, please click the NEXT button below to use our profile builder.
So I'm wondering If I should make a resume? And I'm not really sure what it is exactly. Is it just all the bs stuff they ask you, like social security and criminal background stuff or do you actually explain why you would be good for the job? All I can really think of is I'm real good at working and efficient  .
I know they do a personality test aswell. I thought that was dumb as fuck but I'm not sure what I should do. Maybe they would like it if I put all the worst answers, that has to mean something if I can score 0% on it.
I feel like this is gonna work out and I'll be out of this rut but I'll keep tryin as long as I need to.

HEB was my first job, its an alright place to work. I was just a bagger and every time I closed I'd always chat with the over night stockers and they were all chill as fuck.
Just call them up about a week or so after you submit the application and tell them you've applied and ask when you can come in for an interview.

Good place to work when you don't got much job experience I'd say...plus lots of people around the same age if your still kinda young...easy to befriend people.

i thought everyone learned how to make a resume in highschool.

but in any case, just google for a sample document and follow it's structure. They're really easy to make
