I am finally finding time to start drawing again and like always I am starting a lot more pieces than I am finishing. But I do have a few that are close to done.

And then a few that are incomplete. Which one do you guys think I should work on finishing first?

I love all of those, even the unfinished ones. The second pic with the fish is probably my favorite out of all of them.

hey thissongis,
I've been wanting to ask you a question about your artwork and this would be a perfect example. How are you making the skull in the picture? I wondered the same thing about that eyeball piece you uploaded. That eyeball was so sick. My favorite work from you.

Well I wish I had created it but it was just a stock photo, as was the eyeball. If I had spent the time brushing that skull or the eye it would have taken hours. I guess you could call it mixed media since I use stock photos and do brushing and clipping for the background and effects. But in case you want to know how to do things like that . I dont have a tablet so I dont digipaint anything as a mouse would take forever. I also use a trackpad on my laptop so bleh.

-------------------- Reductio ad absurdum -deducing that everybody knows nothing without substituting a facade of concrete logic for diaphanous suppositions. Unfortunately, without an inherent truth to life, it would be impossible to hinder free thought and forcefully impose surreptitious ideologies which ultimately infarcts the portion of the brain responsible for applying any work not rewarded by monetary gain. That would be bad.
Contemplating counter intuitive concepts can culminate with capricious creativity or cerebral cessation. Conceivably crazy, yet clever, coherent concepts challenge copulatory clichés, criminal cabals and certainty contrived of conjectures. Cognition or coagulation, choose conscientiously.

Lets see, what do I have here... I've designed this piece as a protest against "Post Modern Art", and named it Post Mortem Art...

Without, he said he used the pen tool.
Tablets are overrated unless you are making paintings.
I was actually going to comment and say sweet job Baken .. If you used Illustrator it would of taken half the amount of time. I love illustrator.

I am sorry mate if I offended you in any way... I just thought he might have used pen tool with a tablet attached... My photoshop knowledge is only limited with dark room techniques.

lol what do you mean offended me? I was just answering your question, I don't think I sounded hostile or anything.
I'm just saying he didn't use a tablet if he said he used the pen tool in photoshop.
The pen tool uses anchor points that you connect together, and can add curves. Tablet would be pointless with the pen tool, at least to my knowledge someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I like it, those remind me of that one scene in Fantasia where the male and female plants are entangled together.
