 invitro pinning before full consolidation

hi everyone!
I started 4 brf jar 30 days ago, they reached full colonisation last sunday planning to birth them next monday.
this morning I saw what I tought was black lil contam spot develop into pins, should I birth them now even tho they are consolidating for only 3-4days or wait till monday??
ALSO, some of those 'pins' are only really black lil ball a bit darker than the other pin and no beige stem, could they be abort? what should I do with them??

hard to tell without pics, how long have the cakes been pinning? could be aborts/rot

wait. definitely wait.
Just a hunch, but does it smell like bananas and grass clippings? I'm guessing it's a bac contam. You'll still get your mushroom fix, so don't worry. Next time pay careful attention to moisture content of your cakes. I prefer them a little bit on the dry side.

yeah I fucked the water content a bit on the more side but I figured my mystake now.
it's still in the jar but I don't smell anything through the GE holes.

hard to say the lil dot appeared a few day ago, by the size it is now I'd guess it started to look like pins yesterday?

it doesnt look like it, I don't see any 'stem' like the others in the jar its just a blob.
there's an other one like that but way smaller in an other jar that's also pinning

ohhhh... I misread that. I thought you said colonization, not consolidation. It's already consolidated. Mushrooms, like plants or animals, grow on their own timeline. Especially multispore. Looks like it's time to birth, dunk, and roll.

Leave it. You'll only hurt it if it comes off. You'll need to be gentle with it so nothing falls off too. Often the first pins turn into the biggest mushrooms too.

yeah I'll birth my 4 cakes tommorow, cluster are exploding everywhere
I have no idea but I'll only toss if it smell funky or develop into something that is clearly a contam, or if enough knowledgable people here tell me to do so before tomorow morning.

my new batch of jars is also doing this, I can't believe it. I had so much trouble getting them out last month they all blued heavily and one of them I had to tear a chunk out to get it out 
now they also look like they did not colonize the whole cake there's like a steady 1/8" uncolonize at the top of them all. maybe the top just dried for some reason??
here's the worst offender
would you call that a stalled jar, can it stall yet still pin?
