 WBS jars drying out?

My WBS pint jars seem to be drying out at the bottom.
The only other time I used whole grains was rye from a supplier, and those dried out at the bottom too.
The incubator I use is 2 rubbermaid terrariums, One in the other, with a fishtank heater at the bottom. Any suggestions?
I do have a towel at the bottom of their terrarium - I just put another one there, hopefully that will work.
Other suggestions?
