It smells "almost" like cucumbers - more like something vaguely aromatizing within the produce section. Pleasant but subtle.
The cap is not hygrophanous but is maintaining a waxy dark gold color.
The gills are pink-peach.

Was the stem consistent with E. Strictius?
If so-Entoloma strictius var. cystidiosum is possible. Honestly though... I feel like the pileus of your entoloma is too pointed for this.

I have it. Not sure that I would buy it, its kind of confusing. I xeroxed a friends copy and it is occasionally helpful.
