... but none of them have experienced orgasm whilst with me. I never had any trouble getting my ex girlfriend to orgasm, not at all. But now I just don't know what kind of shit these girls I have much less experience with like, what they enjoy. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do...
Is not experiencing orgasm considered pretty normal for a girl, or do most see it as incomplete sex? (girls' perspective would be helpful)
And also, does anybody else feel he needs some time to find his stride with a woman?

You can just kinda know what to do if you know the person well enough when it comes to sex IMO. And I don't think it's really that uncommon for girls to not orgasm. Even if it is, they shouldn't complain too much, it feels twice as good to them.

In my experience it is uncommon for a girl not to have an orgasm. It is common for them to have several.

Are you sure your ex was having orgasms? Could you feel them, or did she just make noises and say she came or whatever
If you didn't feel it, she didn't cum.
Anyways, girls and their vaginas vary greatly in what they do and don't like. The main thing to know (which definitely does not seem to be common knowledge) is the citoris, and how to excite it.
The clitoris, as most men know, starts as the bump at the top area of the lips. What most men (and women, actually) don't know, is that it surrounds the entire vaginal canal. That thing that squeezes and pulsates when a girl has an orgasm is actually the clitoris.
You can learn to understand a girl's clitoris by giving her a clit job (hand job for girls, not fingering). Rub her clit and find out how she likes it. When you get a feel for that, you basically just need to transfer it from hand/outside to penis/inside.
Tension and release. Build tons of tension, release just a little. Build more tension, release even less. Hold, and when it reaches the tipping point, start rocking in and out very subtly. Faster and faster and faster until BAM. And there you have it.

With every partner its going to be different. I think it definitely takes time to adjust to eachothers body. Ive experienced partners who the first time we tried it was not great, it kept slipping out, or we couldnt find the rhythm. but then after that we had amazing sex.
Do you do foreplay? you can make a girl cum easily with foreplay. be patient and explore her vagin while looking at her facial expressions to gauge if shes feeling pleasure.
Personally sex still feels great if I dont cum, but it feels FUCKING AMAZING when I do cum. I feel 10x more satisfied at the end. like I said, its different for everyone.

Maybe focus on the foreplay a little more. I think the main problem is my insecure mind which keeps topping me things like."shes just pretending to be enjoying this" etc. It makes it difficult to focus all my attention on what im doing.

Yeah this is basically what ot user to be like with my ex. But with these new girls... they dont seem to enjoy me fingering them or eating them out as much as sbs used to.
