hungover lasts like a day at most for me, being constipated spans multiple days each day getting considerably worse, i will take the hangover.
that said, i've spent my whole life battling constipation. i would give anything to make it go away, i eat relatively healthy but growing up i don't think our diet was the healthiest, i'm not sure. anyway i can't seem to shake it.

@Anon 5: yea that the fucking worst. i cannot imagine being constipated for more than a day or two. i just felt like a whale floating around in the air, like a big barge making wakes everywhere i went. i think constipation also is induced by stress, so try some relaxing techniques.

As a vegetarian, I can't relate to constipation problems. I poop at least once, sometimes twice or thrice, every day.

It's annoying, I am fairly sure I am lactose intolerant because anything more than an occasional bite of icecream or cup of milk will bung me up in a real bad way. I don't crave dairy and ice cream as much as I did when I was younger, thankfully.
I am on a paleo diet now and while things are improving it is still something my body is prone to. I regularly poop once every two or three days, sometimes more frequently sometimes less. If I could go every day I would be very happy.
I take lactuolose when I get constipated because it seems to work the quickest. It's like a giant shot of sugar lol.

Fuck that. I would rather be constipated than be hungover. Why walk Around feeling like shit when its less of a pain to not take a shit?
I dunno, I guess since I have lower gi tract issues for years its I'm probably use to it by now? That and I just hate hangovers. They are about as bad for me as migraines are.
Ever had diharea, the shits, and be constipated at the same time?

I'd rather be constipated. I take opiates regularly so it's nothing new to me.
Both of them suck but hangovers are fucking deadly. Especially when people find out you're hungover and bang fucking pots over your head or something. Jesus H. Christ I can't believe a noise seemingly that loud can exist.
