Call me old school but I get seriously annoyed/dumbfounded by people making "the official" posts.
It's kind of like saying all other post about this subject prior to this one is far superior.
Man I'm feeling old.

I Get more tired of the same subject flooding the pub thread after thread after thread than official posts. I have made a couple, and I have no perspective of inferior/superior in the matter, it just seemed easiest to compact a subject to make it easy for people to find info instead of hunting through 100's of threads that are maybe only a couple posts long and may or may not have the info you are looking for.
They make a lot of sense to me.
The official psytrance thread has been going for some time now. imagine if every time I wanted to share a new track I heard I posted a new topic. that would be annoying yeah?

That does but at the same time we have people making "official posts" about things that haven't been heavily discussed.
That's what has annoyed me.
It seem like it took off when pris made everyone make an official Ron Paul thread, which was completely appropriate.
