Why is it that every time I surrender I always suppose something bad is going to happen, but then it's a really good thing, then the next time everything comes crashing down again, I fight surrendering again and again? Haven't I learned my lesson by now?

surrender is scary and can honestly produce crazy reactions from other people. Like in a situation if I don't feel like using my mind right then, people just don't understand that, their egos very often short circuit lol.
but surrendering the ego is in my opinion the pathway to greatness because then you will never be tied down to a particular image of yourself, and are free to just be however you want in the moment
