Is this contam or metabolites? Fully colonized jar (pics)

Hi all!
This is my first post, and also my first grow. I went out of state for a week and took four of my cakes with me in a travel terrarium, they seem to be doing alright... meanwhile I left some of my jars to complete full colonization at home and would birth them when I got back yesterday. However, one of my jars has some very yellow growth (no stink though). I keep all of my cakes in individual liter bottle terrariums. Should I go ahead and birth this cake? Does this look like contamination or maybe metabolites?
-Also, my cakes that are now in the fruiting process had some pale yellow coloring on them as well while they were still in jars so I just took it as signs of early primordia growth and birthed them. And now the cakes are doing fine, they're fluffy white with hyphal knots and the spots that were yellowish never spread. HOWEVER, the reason I'm asking about THIS jar is because it's a much more vivid, darker yellow.
Thanks for any help!

I'd call it mold. Matter of fact all 3 of those jars have a weird texture to the mycelium

Yikes! mold!?!? Even if they don't stink? Do these other cakes look contaminated to you as well? I really appreciate the insight.
The pics aren't the greatest, but it's the best I can do with my cam.

they ain't clear enough for me to say. Take a little time to look around at what mycelium should look like, it should look like threads, not so much fuzzy stuff.

There's no bruising that I can tell. The cakes appear all white. I'm cleaning house right now then going to take the cakes out of the bottles to get clear pictures of them.

Thanks for the help, guys. I'm just going to toss these yellowed jars and start over. I have one healthy jar ready to be birthed, so I'm looking forward to that. And my camera takes terrible pictures so I'm just going to wait and see what happens with the fruiting cakes before I toss them.
