was like ur getting 30 days in jail. In since my head i'm like WTF THIS IS BULLSHIT. my lawyer said suspended sentence but I forgot about it at the moment. THen like a minute later he's WELL..... I'm gonna suspended that sentence for 5 years because you're going to do it again. Oh really you can tell the future you egotistical manic piece of shit in this redneck midwest town. YOu re fucking nobody

I was coming off a whole day of pillage loot. It was the evening now. I was on adderall and a lil valium. I had to take a piss at a hardware store. I ran inside the wrong entrance because the restroom was closest there. When I came out I saw what I was looking for all over town for the last 2 weeks. These fucking neodymium magnets which are the strongest in the world. I don't want to get into why I wanted them but they are worth more than 4 dollars.
Anyways it was like I saw the holy grail my over convidence and brain must have shut completely the fuck down and was running on auto-mode. I didn't even think about the shit. I just walked over to em, took em out the wrapper and pocketed those bitches and walked out. I was way over confident from the earlier spree and totally not thinking.
Got grabbed forcefully on the way out. And was pretty fucking pissed about it too how the old piece of shit man put his arm on me caused a huge fucking bruise. I'm gonna file civil court proceedings against that POS for assault
In retrospect I did EVERYTHING that you should never do when trying to gain goods illegally. Huuuuuuuge fucking blunder of epic proportions.

Yeah I live in america and I've been wanting to seek refugee status ever since bush jr took office. Yeah you always get a rush, even if your on a lil benzo to take the edge off. I don't have to serve time he acted like I was going to and then was like " OH WELL, I'll suspend your sentence for like 5 years". This is AFTER my lawyer told me I was gonna have to pay fine, court costs and get a suspended sentence. I kinda forgot about the suspended sentence at the time. You're totally out of your element
When your sitting right in front of a judge who thinks he's judge joe brown or some shit. Trying to put a show for the audience. After I pled guilty(for Unauthorized Use of Property} he was fishing for my "reason" why I did it. I'm not going to tell him the truth so I just said " i don't know" then he was like well maybe you're a fuckin kleptomanic(LMFAO). He's like you're GOING to do it again.... blah blah blah. But the douche part was is that he said the words i'm sentencing you for 30 days in jail, EVEN THOUGH I signed a plea agreement which I would receive a suspended jail sentence. He did that just to be a a mother fucking COCK SUCKER. I thought I was actually going to fucking jail which pissed me the FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK off inside.

yeah that's pretty much the deal. lol @ him saying i might be a klepto, fucker is on his hands and knees acting like desperatly wants to be on tv when in reality he's just a hick judge and the people in the courtroom laugh at his funny jokes because they are all proles. most expensive 4 dollar magnet in history. 230 court costs, 800 FUCKING LAWYER. oh ya and like 700 to get expulsion on that convition which I am fucked worth wise if I don't. 1730$ for 4 bucks LOL.
In hindsight I should have stuck the very tiny magnets up my ass and I would have gotten away scott free. truth, you live and u learn.

Yeah and shop owners have to put up with that shit all the time which also drives up the cost for the people who actually pay for their stuff.
Someone has been stealing my newspaper in the morning and I want to catch that fuck and beat some sense into the cunt. Some stooge at work tries to minimise it by saying it's only a newspaper but I'm paying for something I don't always get and having to go to the shop to buy a new one is fucked, even if it is only $1.30-ish. It adds up too!

You also mentioned that you shoulda just shoved the magnets up your ass....do you hear yourself? Shoving 3 dollar magnets up your ass so you dont get in trouble for stealing them in the first place isnt a good way of thinking.
Honestly man take this as a wake up call. I mean i dont know what the rest of your record looks like but good luck trying to get a job that deals with money/retail/medical fields because they generally wont take thieves as employees. learn from this man for real.

Retail fraud is a huge problem these days. I think 30 days is alot of time you could of got 93days.
