So I posted earlier about how these suddenly began to turn black today so picked them and this is how they look. Is that black ok to eat or should I remove that part. I cut the stem of the top mushroom because it was mushy where it blackened and the stem is hollow. could that be why they turned black?

If it is mushy, maybe remove that part.
I would just eat them as they are now, store them in fruit juice in the fridge for a few days, or quickly dry them.

Those look like some very potent cubensis. It also looks like you grew them. I'm guessing you handled the hell out of them when you cut them and the blackening/bluing is just heavy oxidization of the psilocybin and psilocin and baeosistin.
But, if your worried about contamination maybe it would be best to dry completely or boil to a tea?
Just my thoughts. Frizzie.

Looks more like bruising to me...I've eaten some crazy looking shit with no worries. I'd definitely be ok with those. But to each their own.

Anytime a mushroom goes from normal to looking like that over a few hours there's no question that it's just bruising. Dead things take longer than that to rot and those are for the most part still alive.

I agree with the bruising comments.
Be careful with the smaller ones, in my experience too many babies turns in to that time you ate to many mushrooms haha
