I posted a tl;dr version previously but was a little to candid.. So I will be more brief in this one.
I ordered from both The Hawks Eye (www.thehawkseye.com) and OutGrow (www.out-grow.com) on the 11th of November. I had ordered from TheHawksEye before a few years ago, Great product both times. Fast shipping both times. Free stuff both times!!! I cant say enough good things about this company. I received my order on the 17th I think.. Maybe the 18th. It was so quick I didnt even really note it. I also had to make the money order out to T.H and the package arrived very discreetly packaged from T.H. Very nice.
My order from Out-Grow however did not show up untill the 28th (17 day wait on 3-5 day shipping), I received a email on the 17 or 18th saying "Short order of mason jars" or something. The order was for 12 presterilized jars, I received 11 normal looking ones and 2 redish ones. 1 of the normal looking ones is waterlogged and trash. And the amounts in them are not very uniform. But overall the product is just fine. I am not saying they are a ripoff because I did receive a average product. I also had to make the money order out to Mike Wiberg. Which I wasnt thrilled about.. However, My biggest complaint however. Comes down to the packaging.
I woke up on the 28th at my girlfriends. To a text message from my roomate "Hey.. Your grow supplies are here" I replied "Dont open my mail!" in which he replied "I didnt". I thought I read somewhere on the site that the package would arrive from OG which would of been fine.. Not the case.
So between a 17 day turnaround, and a very sketchy label on a big brown box.... Needless to say, Youve jammed me up for the last time Mike.
The Hawks Eye... I love you  Thanks for being awesome to me for half a decade. U should sell mycobags and presterilized jars!

Outgrow may have its problems from time to time like any other business, but they are very quick too make up for it.
don't count them out yet
