 Dmts effect on your heart

I have a heart condition and was curious to how profoundly DMT effects the heart and you personally.
Im in great shape heavy aerobic and anaerobic is done 5 days a week.
Iv done many other substances the are classified as stimulants and been fine, was addicted to some for quite a while...
just curious to how much it effects ur heart

I am no doctor!
But, with experience.
I can say that you must not go balls deep with the stuff.
Start light.
and SETTING is as important as alawys.
Be relaxed, use Ambient tunage, or atmospheric - relaxing music. It will connect with your trip and send you along that path.
One of my favorite tunes for DMT, and many people have agreed, due to the literally perfect synchronizing timing of the song. The song is great for this type of experience, as it is atmospheric, not harsh, fast or egotistically based/biased; the song has very "Spiritual Experience" vibe.

This song ends before your trip is complete so it is wise to have a backup, you can use the next song in the album,( - OR - change it up, really this is up to you.
Soma FM's Drone Zone, Commercial Free atmospheric, sonic-scapes and minimalistic ambient - - very reliable for a trip.

The experience generally is fairly easy to deal with, and I Do not notice it do anything but hit me with mandatory body relax, you kinda take a deeep breath or something, and allow your body to just let go.... it will feel similar to dreaming, or sleeping sometimes.
Afterwards you may feel very refreshed.
Do not be afraid to ask yourself how comfortable you feel - once the experience has started, heck even inquire if anyone of them mechanical elves can fix you up! haha! 
I do not know how your specific heart condition operates, so I am not sure if you'd have to be worried about a lower pulse or high pulse.
To me, this stuff is a walk in the park most of the time.
Most (if not all) first timers think so as well (in my experience).
Just do not over do it!

Do you have OEV's on lower doses like 20-30 mgs? .020-.030 grams?

Yes.
It's difficult to explain, Done DMT about 40X+ (smoked pure, and Changa (with MAOI))
Done small amounts every morning for a week as well as many tiny rips for "kicks".
Done rank doses, purposefully - accidentally as well!
Your onset (- which you can control, as it hits you so fast, you can keep hittin' the changa till you're satisfied -) ... anyway, your onset is sharp vision, then colors become more colorful, **take another little rip** - then together, they start to almost illuminate themselves - until you take another rip, at this point you are probably at a point where tripping is possible, or already happening. Open EYED visuals are not the most interesting thing on a DMT trip, they are just weird. I usually see the world become unstable, and become... like.... wobbly, as if I am viewing the world as an acoustic vibration... very bizarre.
I have not explored very much open eyed with DMT... except after breakthroughs, because at that point, it literally feels like you were birthed into this new ... life. haha - so at that point, your eyes can see almost anything you can imagine.

what about all these experiences on Spirit Molecule?
those seem insane, and people i talk to saying that breakthough doses it doesnt matter if ur eyes are opened or closed your going to see the same stuff.
I thought it was the strongest hallucinogen there was?

Well yes, exactly.
I said that.
Your eyes see your imagination, sometimes the trip will force your eyes open, and you will see absolutely insane shit, and you'll close your eyes, and be in the same place....
It can be absolutely bizzare.
I was trying to describe the feelings. and the small doses.
But .30 will do you good.

Yes, sorry, but I've done almost every variation of amounts, so I mean, speaking from all levels, I have not experienced chaos, or my heart going nuts, or... having murmurs, it feels so NATURAL, its like it improves you.
I'm physically very relaxed, even more so on high doses... I can not really.... recall anything bringing anxiety, or fear, (except one trip that involved a song by Throbbing Gristle (Hamburger Lady) coming on, but I did way more than I meant to, and I could not change the music, and it was one of the most twisted things I've ever experienced!)
But even with all that, I had my wits about me, I knew it was just DMT, and Deep inside I was calm, but I was very confused, so if you're easily thrown off your guard, maybe it could happen?)
But I swear, unless you intentionally poison the setting, you should be A-OK.
My body goes into a sleep state for the peak period of the experience.
Sorry if my explanations are not very good.
I am just trying to help as best I can! :S

I'm just gonna go ahead and be honest.....I've done DMT 3 times and the time that I broke through after I came down my heart was going fucking insane for like 10 minutes. It kind of freaked me out actaully, I've rolled and tripped and done coke before and never had my heart beat that fast. But idk DMT isn't known for being a stimulant so I think you're fine I just wanted to share my experience since you asked.

I'll get in on this.
First time I smoked DMT, I tried to go for a break through. My heart rate went through the roof. My rate was still very elevated and my hands were still shaking 20 minutes after the effects ended. It was not by any means a bad experience, either. I had a fantastic time.
But if I hadn't been a very healthy individual, I would've been worried about my heart rate, which probably would've resulted in a bad experience.
My heart still pounds every time I do it, but less so every time.
Dip your toes in at first, take it easy. Then work up from there.
Its a very benign substance, trust it to be good to you.

ya it does raise hear rate though because it creates fight or flight responses cuz are human part of our mind is just like wtf? is going on???
ill just slowly work up to a breakthrough dose...
on average the trip is like waht 15 mins? or less
