Dealers are harsh.
It's hard to find a good one, but whenever I do I make sure they understand business.
I get you money all the time, it's not in your interest to rip me off, or make me angry.
Next, I only deal in large amounts now, and if people are late, and don't follow up with a "sorry I'm running late" and then actually get there at some point, I either stop dealing with them, or let them know that's unacceptable, or do it back to them.
After awhile idiots are recognizeable at a glance. Then you just sort out the persistently unreliable, from the occasionally unreliable. (I've got a good buddy going through hard times and occasionally he doesn't reply for a week, but it's expected now)

A pain in my ass is the truth. I sold some herb, shrooms, and DMT to this guy over a period of time and decides to keep it all in his car. Long story short, he pulls off on the side of the road to smoke, and a police car flags him down to see whats up. Arrested on 3 class D felonies and two misdemeanors. Didn't realize this guy was so stupid as to do something like that. Now to clean the house and never talk to this dude again..

I took my business elsewhere, later I received a ton of irate and threatening messages about my lack of character or something.

The absolute best connection I had for just about any medicine on earth was a black dude and his brother up in the Bay Area. Prices were going street prices and they would deliver. Always, always on time; you would think they learned to be on time by the Germans. And just about anytime of day so long as it was between 5am and 9pm. Call em up the day before and you could have your pills in hand at 6am delivered to you @ 21st and Franklin in downtown Oakland. Beats the hell out of riding all the way into San Francisco to cop in The TL.
Just depends on the dealer. My guys took care of a lot of business career types making good money like myself and understood that being on time all of the time is "VALUE ADDED". Sad to say that if this was any other type of economy then we would just take our business elsewhere... however its not that easy always to just shop around. Thus punctuality is a very, very important service when measuring the value of a product and service.

That's a good fucking contact though, you keep those guys, and make sure you're on time also.
But in all truth, black people are pro at dealing, it's kind of culturally ingrained when you've got society stomping on you, and the best way to ignore that societies limitations, is to exploit its weaknesses.
This cities industry went to hell, so everyone and their grandmother deals drugs. White, black, yellow, green, and anything in between. Solid recession proof industry, and easy to find new contacts.
