first grow

yep first grow and 100% of the 15 jars knocked up are contaminated. i know it was a bad syringe because i had let it sit for about 3 days before use and it had crap growing in it. so i said ehh lets see what happens, sure enough this yellow powder was growing on the mycelium. i didn't notice it till 3 weeks in took them out the jars outside. i noticed my water content was way off and i had what appeared to be little clumps of lipstick mold in a few jars(my fault) what i can't figure out is how the moisture content got so far off. i pc them for 60mins@15psi the holes were taped over with micropore tape and covered the jars in foil and made sure it was on tight the jars were above the water line. can heating the pc up too fast cause that problem? any thoughts? i bought the syringes from a sponsor.

the thing is i did another 12 jars with a different syringe that sitting and they are all doing fine
