I have bought agar prepared in a quart jar from a sponsor. So he PC it and than I reheated it to pour it. The answer is yes..

Don't use incubators. An incubator is for contamination as brothels are for STDs. Sure you get sex, but is it worth it?

Yes. I sterilize my agar for 45 minutes after I initially brew it. I then allow my jars to cool (thus solidify) and leave them in a cabinet or refrigerator until I'm ready to use them. I then PC them for around 20 minutes to get them hot and liquid again.

If the agar in the jar is still sterile you can just reheat it in a pot of boiling water. I have done this before when I was too tired to pour it after PC'ing and cooling. It worked out great.

If the agar in the jar is still sterile, why bother reheating?

iv had luck so far just taking the lid off my jar, (its metal) covering the opening with a paper towel leaving a small opening for heat to escape, and microwave my agar, watching it closely so i can turn it off before the bubbling reaches the paper towel.
depending on how much agar your trying to heat, you will have to repeat this a few times, giving the jar a little swirl or shake in between each heating. BE CAREFUL DURING THIS STEP if the paper towel is covering the entire opening hot steam WILL pour out of anywhere it can and burn your hand
if you do not heat it enough times you will end up with chunks of the agar that can really f**k up your pouring, tho myc will still grow on it.
i pressure cook my agar when i make it, i just us this process to reheat as it takes like 10 minutes then you just let it cool
