Flame Sterilization Experiment 3

After hearing people bicker back and forth for so long I have made the decision to make a visual experiment to see the difference between flame sterilizing and flame sterilizing then wiping with an ISO swab. This experiment was done in front of a laminar flow hood.
I have six agar plates, marked A, B, C, D, E & F that I will use for this experiment:

Plate A:
Scalpel was flame sterilized until red hot and then allowed to cool before making 15 slash's in the plate both vertically and horizontally.
Plate was then sealed with parafilm.
Plate B:
Scalpel was flame sterilized until red hot, and then was wiped down immediately after with an 70% ISO alc swab. After the wipe down I took plate B and made 15 slash's in the plate both vertically and horizontally.
Plate was then sealed with parafilm.

Plate C:
18G needle was removed from package and in open air flame sterilized. After being sterilized in open air the needle was moved to the flow hood and 75 holes were poked into the agar plate with that needle.
Plate D:
18G needle was removed from package and in open air flame sterilized and then wiped down with a 70% ISO sawb. After being wiped down in open air the needle was moved to the flow hood and 75 holes were poked into the agar plate with the needle.

Plate E:
Scalpel was wiped down with 70% ISO swap in open air. Then the scalpel was moved to the hood and 15 slash's were then made into the agar plate both horizontally and vertically.
Plate F:
Needle was wiped down with 70% ISO swab in open air. Then the needle was moved to the hood and 75 holes were poked into the agar plate with the needle. I will be updating this post with the results in a few days regardless of what they show to once and for all settle this topic.

I'll take that bet, as all 4 are redhot.
I got 1000 on all 4 are the same.

The only way to settle an argument! THANK YOU! Eagerly awaiting the results, whatever they are.

Just figured I would toss together a rough demonstration/experiment to see what happens. Before any of the more scientific minded individuals mention that I do not have a control, note that the plates were made using my hood and therefore I know my HEPA is flowing sterile air.
I honestly do not know what to expect, and obviously doing 4 petri dish's is not likely to provide concrete evidence that can be written in stone, but either way it may provide some food for thought.

"Disinfectants are substances that are applied to non-living objects to destroy microorganisms that are living on the objects.[1] Disinfection does not necessarily kill all microorganisms, especially nonresistant bacterial spores; it is less effective than sterilization, which is an extreme physical and/or chemical process that kills all types of life."
Alcohol is a disinfectant.
A red hot needle or scalpel is over 1000 degrees Fahrenheit which is plenty hot enough to sterilize.
Why would anyone want to disinfect a sterile object?
I hope the alcohol wiped ones fail so those less informed can see for themselves, but I'm guessing there wont be much difference in the dishes.

OP you should do some with just alcohol swabbed syringes/scapels, I see a lot of posts were people say that is suffcient.

Did you use a new blade or scalpel on plates A,B and E,F? Or is it the same scalpel over and over again?

Same blade, but flame sterilized or wiped down depending upon the plate.
