 reoccurring green mold contamination I NEED HELP

i consider myself an amateur in growing, i typically use 1/2 pint canning jars to grow the mycelium, and rye grass seed as my substrate, after mycelium is grown, i transfer contents of jar into 2.5 inch deep trays and top it off with damp vermiculite, then put them in a green house rack that i have a humidifier in. the first couple of harvests turned out great, but now i got all this f@#king green mold contamination.
i use to keep the jars in a storage cabinet in garage, but then green mold started showing up and after 0 to 3 jars surviving out of 50 twice, i have moved them to underneath my bed. this has not solved the problem as mold still continues to contaminate anywhere from 50 to 99 percent of the jars, out of 3 attempted sets. i have replaced all jars with new ones for this new set, and around 50 percent of jars are contaminated already.
contamination also seems to have spread to green house racking as the trays too were starting to become contaminated more severely, and frequently (have not been able to make it from jars to trays in a while as jars have been too contaminated recently) i have replaced green house rack as well
i have also recently just upgraded pressure cooker to a larger one that i think is designed for canning jars, i usually double stack the jars in pressure cooker to sterilize larger quantity in shorter time.
i usually pressure cook the jars with substrate for about an hour and 45 min at 15 psi, and i think my pressure cooker is operating properly as it is brand new and only used a hand full of times by myself
i also usually use mycelium grown in previous jars to inoculate the new jars, and have already ordered new spores and started process over from start
contamination of the green mold is without a doubt a chronic contamination problem and i have no idea how to start fixing the problem, everything i have tried has feel short
is my entire house just F@#ked with mold contamination or what? what is best way to kill the mold and prevent any future contamination? please help. please any advice on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated
P.S. i keep greenhouse rack in my bedroom because of room mates, and the floor is carpet. i put towel underneath to catch any moisture that drips down to floor as well as spores that would otherwise stain the carpet (learned the hard way) is there any way to clean the carpet in case mold spores have embedded their nasty little particles in the carpet

So you have cleaned your greenhouse right? And PC for at least 60 mins 45 won't cut it, maybe for pf cakes but not grain

yes, i made a bleach solution in which in large tub where i submerged the plastic covering for 30 min then let air dry, as well as all peaces and components of greenhouse rack, i have already bought new greenhouse rack too, but have not been able to use it yet,
i also ps for about a total of 105 min and still have mold contamination occurring, some jars the mold starts at the top, others the middle, and others the bottom, could the ones in the middle and bottom be because of improper sterilization
i suspect that contamination is happening after i inoculate the jars, but really have next to no idea how or why they are still getting contaminated
is it possible that if the normal air outside has high mold count that can contaminate the jars? iv been having this contamination problem since the start of summer
i have also made several jars that i did not inoculate to use as my control group, and they have never been contaminated, even the ones i stored with inoculated jars that became contaminated

So you are doing G2G and having problems? Sounds like it's your procedure if your control jars are fine. Are you using a GB or SAB or flow hood?

I feel ur pain, I opened some contam jars in my house ,and I have been dealing with this since.u need glovebox and try to be smart everytime u expose to open air

Bro sometimes it can be the house. I've had almost no problems with contams for...12years? I had an apartment once that everything contamed on me. More recently I moved into a house that i keep getting green. Upon further investigation it turns out theres some leaks in the roof and two of the rooms have visible mold growing in the walls.
in any case keeping jars clean is easy. use tyvek and that red high heat silicone to inject through. never had a contam in a jar using it.. even in my mold house
as far as the rest. I got some sheets of 1.5mil plastic from home depot. its like 15 bucks for 50x12ft roll. I lined an entire room with it and made a kinda buffer zone. so theres a small room you go into to stage everything and bleach the hell out of it before its taken into the main room.
*edit* home depot also sells mold testing kits that you place out and check in a week or something and it tells you if you have high mold spores in the air
hope that gives yah some ideas
