They dont look good.
empty dishes, clean, and re-try
tape/press&seal/Saranwrap around the edges to prevent this from happening

Oh yeah that's pretty past the suggested storage date for sure.
If taped good a specimen is good for one year I would say then
it should be transferred to another new plate and allowed to grow again.
