You might not consider it a tek, but its almost exactly like an existing tek here already, The Puerto Method v1.2 . Uses brownie dishes and innoculates through the foil on top. Pretty much the same except it uses a PCooker instead of the oven. Check it out for detailed instructions. The Puerto Method was the tek I used my first time out, because it just seemed easier to prepare 2 dishes instead of 12 jars and casing is so much easier because the substrate is already in the container you're going to case in. However, like most of the guys here have already warned, I stopped using this method because an early contamination problem will ruin an entire casing which was half my batch and half a spore syringe.
