I went for over a month just recently... I spent the majority of it traveling which definitely helped keep me from temptation.

The first week I became super horny, I would immediately think of the nasty things I would love to do with almost every girl I saw (granted I was in Spain, so that might always happen).

It started wearing off after that, until it built up again on one day after about 2 weeks, and I ended up having a wet dream that night, and was back to non-super horny after that.  I ended up having another wet dream about a week and a half after that.

For me, I definitely noticed more energy, more happiness, and more confidence.  While I did not hook up with any girls while traveling it was only because I have a girlfriend.  Maybe it was just because I was a foreigner, but I feel that the biggest change I had from not jerking it or watching any porn for so long was that I objectified women a lot less.  I saw them for more than their looks, so they were being judged on character, not their curvy hips or long legs.  I mean I am sure I still was displaying that I wanted them sexually, but it was more in a "ya it would be fun to fuck but I don't really care too much about it" sort of way.
