Heres sum subbs in their habitat, sorry for poor picture quality, there will be a bunch more we're expecting 2-3 days of rain... In the meantime I'm gonna try to find a real camera...

yeah,you do need a better camera,because even as bad as those pics are,those don't look like panaeolus.cintulus.

they were growing on h. poo...grr why can't I spot the difference... I started hunting mushrooms last year and deff. found subbs... but I found the majority later in the summer/early fall, now im not having such good luck... btw I live in central midwest

I saw a couple in the second picture that could have looked kind of subby... Dunno though hard to tell with those pictures.
