That's a real important point. This guys able to take the most disturbing aspects of the cruel war on drugs and project his own distorted perception on it so that it can fit along with his morals.
I bet when the creators of the wire heard what he said, they were probably like "what the fuck, is this asshole joking? Sure well do another season if you end the fucked up war dickhead."
