No evidence of anything yet, that's what we are discussing.

There is evidence that pereskiopsis grows well hydroponically. I am a little surprised that no one on Shroomery has tried hydro peres

Well it looks like it's time to pick a lucky pereski cutting and try it out! I'll put the results up once this little experiment has been going on for a while.

It appears that there are several people that are doing it over there at the topia. The HTTL guru, Anne Halonium, says that her tek is the result of 10 years of research that was done in Europe and Canada. Here is one of Anne's threads. http://forums.mycotopia.net/botanicals/76901-hydro-lophophora-grafting-updates.html

I've been following Anne Halonium's thread over there at mycoptopia since it first came out and yes, she has been getting astounding growth rates with lophophoa grafts using hydro pereskiopsis. The only problem I see with this is that the methods involved are extremely tedious as she generally grows them in test tubes, hence the name of her "10 year method" HTTL (Hydro Test Tube Lophophora) and she has to individually squirt 10-10-10 fertilizer diluted at 1/8-1/4 strength into each test tube. As a side note she is also kind of a self-important jerk. Read her threads and you'll see what I'm talking about, several members over at Mycotopia have gotten into it with her.
