I couldn't get melatonin so I had to buy valerian root, because I was constantly heaving these terrible nightmares but also didn't want to oversleep. I still have th nightmares when I take it I just feel more realxed about them and don't wake up in anxiety

Try calea zacatechichi.

melatonin and the anti-histamine Diphenhydramine Hydrocloride, aka benadryl.  They also market it as a sleeping aid called nytol.  Just get the generic Diphenhydramine Hydrocloride from Wal-Mart, take 50-100mg and you'll sleep good.

If you want to sleep LOTS get valium from your doctor, tell him you're having anxiety and can't wind down at night to sleep.  Tell him you're feeling anxiety non stop.  Valium is long lasting so it will be better for sleeping than xanax which only lasts a few hours.  But its highly addictive, so try Melatonin and the anti-histamine first, plus they are for sale everywhere. Valium is prescribed by a doctor short term and addictive.

Though, I don't like how it makes me feel the next day. All drowsy and shit, like I didn't go to bed.

GHB is the shit for sleep. Always feel refreshed after it.

Same with ketamine, but don't overdo that :smirk:

non-benzo hypnotics are alright at times aswell.

I wish I didn't live in the US (or any sovereign land for that matter); there I would have all the food, water, and weed I need.

Setup the most comfortable bed possible and simply sleep. Whenever waking occurs more weed will be smoked, perpetual slumber is what I seek

I want to start a cycle like that, considering I do have weed. its just that Iv been taking silene capensis for the past few weeks and would kill my dream life if I started smoking now.

Until then its just shroomery, home science experiments, and anime. Speaking of which, anyone have some good anime to recommend

Valerian root is good, also hops. You can buy them in capsule form at any health food store. Also try not to drink any caffeine before bedtime and get plenty exercise. Good luck, stay healthy!!

Well, ambien isn't really expensive if you're using it just for sleep. Then again, there's a good chance you'll be having intense dreams.

Why do you want to sleep your summer away?

Due to the fact that im now fucked up on that bottle of lorazepam I interpreted those last two post to mean: stay awake all summer on ambien. I think that is an awesome idea

Imagine having 3 months time that you will have no recollection of yet all those around you will completely. It would be an amazing way to mess with people, fuck society.

Seems to me right now with all the benzos I just took I probably wont remember any of this tomorrow, so enjoy this me before its gone

One way or another this summer demands drugs

Waking life is just so boring unless we are talking about the movie

Yet the drugs have given my waking moments a more positive outlook. All those lorazepams have me somewhere weird right now, its almost like DXM for some reason.

The most important thing right now is setting up a good schedule for the summer. For such I must amass a great many drugs to the scale of fear and loathing.

Psychedelics are to be used once a week, mushrooms since I will easily be able to get my hands on a bunch. It will be a triple dose such that 8 hours on a mind bending plateau take hold. Changa twice a week, one on the day of the mush trip, one in the halfway mark between trips.  L-tyrosine, aniracetam, citicholine, L-phenylalanine will be taken daily to promote though and energy. Weed throughout, but that would require something to cancel out the weed hangovers on days that go wrong/ it would have to be non addictive, cost effective, and available.

What the fuckwas I talking about, nothing is amking sense to me right now. All my computer programs which I managa and maintain are severely confusing me at this point. At least I know lorazepam at high doses can seriously mess with me

So unless someone wants to stick around and talk some utter nonsense with me I think Ill go watch some FLCL or go back and figure out which episode in DearS i skipped over and watch it for shits and giggles
