 (07/14) First PF grow! Now with fruits!

Got some poker sticks the other day and so I set out to stick them into some jars filled with other stuff and see what happens. Wanted to share some things. I generally lurk forums due to time and dying habits.. but hopefully I can share all of my experiences with a group of strangers who know a thing or two about primal energies.
The jars have various differences between them.. some have tape over the holes in the lids, others don't. Two of those jars possess solid amethyst stones. The runes are ehwaz and ingwaz. 40cc's, 2 strains, 12 jars, 4 hands, 7 large grinning faces. They are currently taking a nap in a dark place, probably giggling about some silly entity they both know.

Right now they're in darkness, probably around 80 degrees, with a giant foil hat on top of the whole container to keep the bad people out. Sounds like a jar of delicious insanity.. yummies. I dunno.. you guys tell me..
Strain 1;
   
 
Strain 2 seems to have slower growth. Several of the jars look pretty sad but the saturated juice points are growing slower than similar saturation of the first strain, so I'm hoping they'll surprise me:
 
UPDATE 2: YAY! FRUITS!
Took these images a few hours ago. Of the 12 only 5 survived. I wasn't sure what to expect really but was super stoked to see this guy appear out of the darkness! There's some cobweb on one of the cakes, will that affect anything? All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy, until now!

I really have no idea what you're talking about.
1. Take the jars outta the tote. They'll suffocate in there.
2. Mycelium @ all stages benefits from indirect sunlight.
Is that pink gorilla tape on the top of those other ones? Why are your lids upside down?
I hope you only used 1-2cc per jar...not the whole 40cc's on 12, cuz that's just wasteful. Less is more w/ MS.

TL for the first year of growing i always used upside down lids. But tht pink funky tape tha the has on the lids IDK wtf that shit is then again i dont understand half of what the OP is trying to say. amethyst stones with runes on them? IDK about that one can I see a tek
Take that pink tape off of your jars your suffocating them with pf tek the dry verm acts as your contam barrier and as long as your not shaking the jars around you should have any contam issues as long as your sterile tek is in check.
Mayb you shouldnt indulge in the goodies before you post in the future all your  is confusing ppl

yes...that's old information.
Dry verm layer is contam protection.
number one pinning trigger is evaporating moisture from the substrate.
Light helps colonization.
Just don't have a fan going in your room w/ the jars & you're fine.

Thats outdated info along with your other sources. Many ppl find benefit in providing jars lighting while colonizing. Also keeping jars at 84F is considered bad also. Most sources will tell you that room temp is better for jars than incubation

Humidity: self regulated, depends on GE. Probably more around 99% in a jar.
duration 10-14 days... yea right.
CO2 PPM: 5000-10000, nope...10,000-20,0000

no! don't do that...
temps should be room. 66-78F for jars bulk is 66-74
wait, you meant the lid of the incubation chamber...ok, that's good...don't take off the lids of the jars, though...

You leave the lid on. With your inoc holes. The dry verm on the top of the cake works as your filter. Higher temps are more likely to contam as the contams like higher temperatures

No, I didn't take off the lids. Just the tape, and the lid of the container they were all in so they can breathe. Are those living ranges or just optimal? Average temp is probably around 78 but it frequently reaches 80-82.

I would never recommend any temp above 78 for jars, as the jar itself creates a lot of heat.
You can actually feel the difference in the temp. of the jar once it's fully colonized & during colonization.

FYI that tek you followed was " Last Update: 09/29/02 07:03 PM" 
Myc will still grow as cold as 55 (from what i've personally seen), and can stay alive as warm at 85-90. Now the temps above 80 are bad as you'll promote bacterial growth as well as the myc growth
And I like you man, weird ass post above, but stick around as I wanna see some of your grows down the line 
(BTW, VERY nice pics!! Keep that kind of documentation as that will help us keep you on the right track  )
