I do heat the chamber with a light bulb and Rancho temperature controller (about $40 on Ebay I think). I used a red heat bulb just because I have one. The internal air and heat from the bulbs are circulated with PC fans that are being run at about half voltage to slow them way down. I am careful to never blow air directly on any of the trays. And I pay close attention to where the bulb is shinning. You don't want a hot spot on the casing from the light shinning on it directly. It'll ruin everything. Even, consistent heat with insulation is a good idea. As for insulation I mean I usually put a blanket over the chamber at night with reflective bubble wrap. Oh and of course I read the trays a bedtime story each night. Just kidding about that last one...
