IMO Personal relationships aren't very motivating at all. I find humanity as a whole to be the most motivating, with or without pretty girls. This depends on several factors.
Such as the prettyness of the girl and my perceived ease of banging said girl. Or if she is a good girl the perceived ease of getting close to her (then banging her)
Also depends on what the other thing is. Ill probably be more motivated by a massive cache of drugs or money...but if the girl is like the finest looking one Ive ever seen and on top of it is already so sweet on me it's a sure thing there's quite a good bit of things Id let go for said girl.
