GLC/Bacteria question.......

So much for my nice success rate. Just did a G2G transfer to 10 jars and decided afterward to give the original jar a good wiff. Fucking disgusting. My question is I recently made up a GLC (Haven't tested it). Didn't give original grain jar a wiff afterwards that I made it from. I plan on testing it soon. Assuming its contaminated, will the jars I noc up show signs of bacteria? Will the mycelium grow regularly with the bacteria without me knowing till the end?....My jar that was contaminated for sure looked pretty good until the old wiff...Well, besides the puddle I found at the bottom before shaking which is a sign of bacteria right?...I have been reading up on signs of bacteria for a while. Another question, is it even possible to know 100% if a grain jar has bacterial contamination?

Put ur nose to the filter every now & then. The puddle could be myc piss from fighting the bacteria or wrong moisture content to begin with.

Haven't smelt that one yet. I'd get right on that GLC you made ASAP, to test it out. To me if it smells bad it goes. Don't want to mess up your grow area.

I'd suggest .. after you get a nice batch of WBS or rye from you GLC ... to do G2G transfers.
It's straight forward and fast.

Ok another question. I have never smelled a WBS jar after I shook it up and before I used as spawn. Will it have the same exact smell as a BRF cake? (After shaking the WBS)
