Trichoderma Confirmation Needed on BRF Cakes

My buddy has been stalking the cultivation forum for some time now. Thank you to everyone who has unknowingly helped him along.

He has had this cake in a sgfc for 10 days now. Today he noticed some strange light yellow green tinge on the puffy formation seen in the pics. He is fairly certain that he has a big blob of trich there but would like confirmation from some more experienced cultivators.
He thanks you all in advance.
Let him know if you need more info.

I don't see anything that is clearly trichoderma.
I have some experience with it and can 'smell' it before I can see it.
Keep a close watch on your cakes ... I'd mist and fan to encourage the primordia/pins development.
looks OK to me.

The white blob you refer to may be some sort of mutated growth. You refer to a yellowish discoloration .. that I don't see.
I get trichoderma after a period of stale air ... I can smell a 'dirt' type musty smell ... I see intense, white growth which quickly goes green (trichoderma spores).
I don't see it in your photos ... I do see some nice pins that will soon mature. good luck
here is a photo of undeniable, heartbreaking trichoderma:

There is definitely a yellow tinge but it is barely visible on his monitor, so he is not surprised if it is not visible. Whether or not the green he is seeing is just slight bruising he can't say for sure (the green isn't discernible in the photos).
That blob has shown more growth than any other part of the cake but he wouldn't say it has displayed rapid growth; it has been developing over the last 8 or 9 days.
He doesn't smell any "dirt" odor. But also doesn't smell a very strong mushroom odor either. When he mists the mushroom odor becomes more noticeable.
The pins that are visible in the pics have been developing since day 7. They seem to be developing slow, but being my Buddy's first attempt he's not certain. He has been misting 3-4 times a day and fanning twice as much. He uses a fine spray from 1 foot above the sgfc and fans vigorously for 1-2 mins after.
Thanks again everyone. It's nice to get some other opinions.

Here is an updated picture from today.

The strange coloration on the blob is more visible today. I am glad to hear that it may not be trich. I would love to get some more opinions.
Also the pins that are visible in the pic have been that size for the last 2.5 days and don't seem to be developing. Anyone wanna drop some knowledge? Thank you all.

It looks like bruising, to me.. it has an odd tint, but i would chalk it up as bruising.. I think you might have seen it sporulate by now if it was trich..

Here is another updated pic from today. I'll try to get a better one after work.

More green-blue color starting to show, is this from a dry substrate (doesn't feel dry when comparing its weight to cakes freshly dunked) or is this starting to look more like trich to anyone. I've got 8 cakes that went in to the sgfc 1 week after this one. None of them are displaying similar symptoms, granted they are all a week behind.
My sgfc is built to RR's specs and I mist 3-4 times a day, pretty lightly as to not make large water droplets form on the cake surfaces. I fan 4-8 times a day when I'm not at work. The room temp is floating around mid 70's.
Thanks again for all the help!
