Binding Lexan or Plexiglas to Polypropylene (sterilite)

What would be the best way to bind polycarbonate (lexan) or acrylic (plexiglas) to Polypropylene (sterilite)? In my searches, I have read that when binding plastics its best to use a solvent. I have read about using Methylene Chloride for lexan or plexiglas, but would this bind one or the other to polypropylene?
I tried using silicone sealant, but as I found out through experience and reading, it doesn't work so well with plastics; its used in glass aquariums because glass contains silicon.
Thank you for any help.

Well I can tell you what NOT to use. A friend of mine built a terrarium from plexiglass and used epoxy to glue it together. It worked ok for a while, but soon started leaking water. Also if the plexiglass is too thin, it will start to warp.

depends on how much the bond will have to hold. if your talking about cutting a window into the top of a rubbermaid lid and gluing a plexiglass viewing pane over it then regular ole silicone sealant works. if your talking about building some kinda wall/corner job where gravity and bumping are gonna demand rigid support then I can definitely tell you that acetone will melt/bond plexiglass. contact cement is an excellent waterproof bonding agent as well.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I'm just putting a window into the top of a sterilite container, so I don't need it to hold a lot of weight, just to be tight and hold up to the high humidity. The silicone sealant I tried previously really didn't hold up.
I thought about using acetone but I'm not sure whether I have lexan or plexiglas, and acetone will suposedly ruin a piece of lexan.
After more reading I was able to find references to using Methylene Chloride for lexan, plexiglas, and polypropylene. So I think I'll cross my fingers, give it a try and hope that it will bond the different plastics together. Does anyone know a good place to get Methylene Chloride OTC? Its also known as dichloromethane, used in certain chemical procedures a lot of us have read about. I know it can be in some paint thinners and stuff, I just don't know any brands or anything.
Thanks
I'll take a look at that windshield adhesive, thanx 6T.
