have any of you guys tried amt?
i have heard its like mdma but with visuals,
is that actually true? does it have the empathetic qualities of mdma or just the seritoin releaseing fealing that i would get from 2c-x?
i have looked of various trip reports and cant get an conclusive answer.

First of all, if you're purchasing AMT from an internet vendor, and you live in the USA, it's illegal in USA since 2003. Also, Many internet vendors mix up AMT and 5-MeO AMT, which are two very different things. Mixing these two things up is a VERY bad mistake to make.

AMT is more like LSD, but longer and more visual.

I have a friend who has done ALLOT of 5-meo-AMT
he says it makes him "happy" and that allot of the visuals are in your peripherals and that they are mostly objects, not patterns.
I've never tried AMT or 5-meo-AMT so I couldn't tell you..

hmm im trying to find a social phycadellic, one that makes just want to go up and talk to a million people at once and share..
do 5-meo-amt have any similar qualities?

If you want a social drug you should definitely check out methylone.
I think allot of people will agree with me when I say its a social drug. Its not a psychedelic though.
+ it has the amazing ability to stop me from stuttering lol..

heheh yup just ordered some yesterday >:D(was going to get mephedrone but thats next)
do you think it would be safe to mix methylone with 2c-i or such? ill just goo look for some mixing trip reports

I've done a LOT of AMT, back in the mid-1990s, and would be happy to answer any questions.
First off, it can be very much like MDMA at times and very much like psychedelic phenethylamines (like mesacline) in terms of visuals.
I found that it has a huge variability in effects from person to person and from one experience to the next. Many people would either get a fully empathenogenic experience like MDMA and others would be more psychedelic like LSD. And then the same person with the same dose on a different day might have the opposite experience.
It has a body load - tense muscles at time and make a percentage of users throw up.
I was also doing a lot of LSD at the same time, so I compared the 2 in my mind.
AMT is more colorful (walls of colors flooding the experience) and lasts longer (can be about 24 hours sometimes), but has more body load and unexpected effects on people - so it is very unpredictable.
LSD has far more clarity and a general lack of body load.
I like LSD better, but AMT had it's place in my life.
